DIGITAL PURCHASE TERMS

These terms apply to digital products purchased from Lisa Marie Staab.

Purchase and delivery

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

Digital access is normally provided immediately after successful payment through a confirmation email and the ClickFunnels Customer Center. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and retaining your downloaded file.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the meditation.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, broadcast, modify or commercially exploit the recording without written permission from Lisa Marie Staab.

Refunds and consumer rights

Because access to the digital product is supplied immediately, refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after access or downloading has begun.

By completing your purchase, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that any statutory cooling-off right may end once access begins, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be excluded. If the file is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us so we can provide a replacement or another remedy required by law.

Wellbeing disclaimer

This meditation is provided for general mindfulness, reflection and wellbeing purposes. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Do not listen while driving or during any activity requiring your full attention. You remain responsible for deciding whether the practice is appropriate for you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lisa Marie Staab is not responsible for indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to access, the digital product. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any mandatory consumer rights applying in the purchaser’s country remain unaffected.
